TrainerOS provides a platform for fitness professionals to manage their business operations, including client management, session scheduling, billing, and communication tools. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or services through TrainerOS, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We use third-party payment processors and are not responsible for any errors or issues with payment processing.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrainerOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TrainerOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
